Do you have an older sewing machine model that you could loan out for about a month? There are 12, probably more, refugees who are in need of some basic sewing skills in order to get jobs at Honeywell. Pam Laughlin can teach them, but she has only one machine. Pam needs some more machines for about one month. She prefers older machines with just the basics, nothing fancy. The guys only need to know how to sew in a straight line and make a square corner. If you have an older machine you would be willing to loan out for use at the church, or if you know anyone else who may be able to help out, please contact Pam as soon as possible (pamlaugh @ gmail.com). Thank you!
